Our staff are all certified and have uptodate training on children's safety, health and more.  They are also CPR, First Aid and Safe Sleep certified. All the staff have to go through a rigorous background check and our school is a locked door facility, providing the safest environment possible for your child.

Big Lake Church of God Daycare has part-time and full-time staff employed. 

We are always looking for people who love children and love helping children grow while providing a safe and loving environment. 

Applications available upon request. At thistle we are staffed for our numbers, but are always accepting applications.

1. Full time and Part time daycare worker positions, Monday-Friday, between 7 am and 5 pm, up to 40 hours a week. We follow all state requirements for Ministry Daycare facilities.

2. Supervision and care of ages 6 weeks old to 12 years old, all classrooms are divided by age groups according to state regulations, curriculum is provided in each age group, trainings both in person and online through ILEAD, and training in CPR and First Aid.
